Recycling just got easier

Waste Management customers in Colorado Springs can now place all recyclable items in a single bin, rather than separating them. You can also add glass and cardboard to your home recycling efforts.
Waste Management customers can now recycle plastic, glass, aluminum cans, newspapers, magazines, office papers, phone books, cardboard and junk mail.
“The days of sorting recyclable materials are gone, now that the ease and convenience of single stream recycling is now available in Colorado Springs,” said Chuck Schmidt, vice president of the West Group for Waste Management Recycle America.
“Our ongoing goal is to make recycling easier and more convenient for our customers, and this change will make recycling as easy as taking out the trash.”
