America sets a record and it's not good.
The Mortgage Bankers Association says 9.2% of homeowners with mortgages were either behind on their payments, or in foreclosure at the end of June -- a record.
That's up from 8.8% at the end of the first quarter, and up from 6.5% percent a year before. But there was a bit of good news, sub prime adjustable rate loan delinquencies dipped one percentage point from the first quarter to 21%..
