Colorado Springs Police identify murder victim

The latest homicide victim in Colorado Springs died from a gunshot wound. He's been identified as Matthew Webb, 22. Police have not made any arrests.
Police received a call about a shooting at Copper Chase Apartments on Southgate Rd. just after 11:00 Monday night.
Police did not find a victim, but less than five minutes later, they responded to a call about a traffic accident at the intersection of South Nevada and St. Elmo, just a short distance away. That's where they found a man, fatally shot, in the driver's seat of his car.
