A doctor from Pueblo and a doctor from Denver teamed up to write a book meant to help us all live a long and healthy life.
The book is called Living Healthier and Longer--What Works and What Doesn't. The doctors say poor diet, smoking and not enough exercise accounts for 35 percent of the deaths in our country. They say smart choices will add years to your life.
Pueblo residents can pick up a free copy of the book at the health department or the main library in Pueblo.
