13 Americans killed by electrocution in Iraq

A Pennsylvania senator says he's learned from the top U.S. commander in Iraq, General David Petraeus, that 13 Americans have been electrocuted in Iraq since 2003.
Democrat Bob Casey says that number includes at least one death that was not on the record before. And he says it's "very troubling" that it's taken this long to get this type of
information from the Department of Defense.
Casey says he learned from Petraeus that two electrocutions occurred at different housing facilities and involved soldiers taking showers. In one case, an Army criminal probe blamed improper grounding of an electric pump that supplied water to the building.
Casey says he was told that the Pentagon has directed contractor KBR to inspect all the facilities it maintains in Iraq for electrical safety hazards.
KBR says it is fully cooperating with the government.
