Former supermodel Rachel Hunter is tying the knot once again.

People Magazine has confirmed that Hunter is engaged to Jarret Stoll, a Canadian hockey player.

No wedding date has been set. The couple have dated for about two years and live together in Los Angeles with her two teenaged children.

Hunter, 38, was married to musician Rod Stewart for 16 years before divorcing two years ago.
