Madonna kicked off her "Sticky and Sweet" tour Saturday by entering the stage on a throne.

The pop star started her new world tour at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales just a week after her 50th birthday. Over the next couple of months she'll put on 50 concerts, wrapping up in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Dec. 18. Rappers Pharrell Williams and Kanye West, as well as Britney Spears, made special video appearances during the concert.

Madonna's tour hits the Pepsi Center in Denver Nov. 11-12. The concert on Nov. 11 is already sold out. Tickets sell for $55 - $350.
