India is building a village exclusively for elephants to attract international tourists.
The village includes a number of homes for the big guys along with veterinarians to take care of them. It's called Hathi Gaon and is expected to be completed next month. It will provide a home for 51 elephants along with their handlers. In the second phase of this project 60 more buildings will be put up for elephants. That's slated to be completed by the end of this year.
