London Broil Skewers

London Broil Marinade:
1 C. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Italian parsley, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic, roughly chopped
cracked black pepper to taste
2 lbs. flank steak, trimmed and scored
Marinade over night and grill over very high heat (approximately two minutes on each side). Cook to temperature.
Skewers:
flank steak, marinated and thinly sliced against the grain of the meat
button mushrooms
asparagus spears, blanched
red onions, large dices
grape tomatoes
