Pork Tenderloin Skewers

Makes 6 servings
In a glass on stainless-steel mixing bowl, combine the following:
1 red pepper, cut into 12 pieces
1 yellow peppers, cut into 12 pieces
1 red onion, cut into 12 pieces
4 C. Valdalia salad dressing
1.5 lbs. lean pork tenderloin, cut into 12 pieces
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight
Preheat grill or broiler. Alternate vegetables and pork on skewers. Broil until done to taste, about 5 minutes on each side.
To serve, arrange skewers on serving platter with your favorite starch.
