Grilled Pork Chop w/Apple Rum Raisin Topping

Ingredients:
1 -1/2 to 3/4 cut Pork Chop
2-3 Granny Smith apples cored and thin sliced
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 stick Un-salted butter
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/8 cup Rum
1/8 cup Apple Butter
Method of Production:
Grill Pork Chops until desired doneness set aside in a 140-degree oven and loosely cover with foil. Next you need to place a 10'''' skillet on the stove and set to a medium high heat. Place the butter in the pan and when the butter starts to turn a little brown add the Raisins and stir often. When the raisins start to puff add the sliced Granny Smiths, Apple Butter and continue to stir. The apples will start carmelize. This is when you add the brown sugar and keep on stirring. Once the sugar has melted add the Rum of your choice, keep stirring until you have soup like consitency, remove from the stove, arrange your Pork Chops on the plate and spoon apple mixture on top and serve.
