Lisa's been the 6pm and 10pm news anchor since July, 1983. She's part of a news team that's received numerous awards, including the Colorado Broadcasters Association "Best Newscast" over a dozen times during her tenure.
Lisa's been selected as the Colorado Broadcaster's "Citizen of the Year" for her community service. She is very involved in the fight against Breast Cancer in Southern Colorado. She's served as honorary co-chair for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and serves as Master of Ceremonies at race activities every year. Lisa is also very involved with the Local Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Colorado Springs Women's Chamber, and the American Cancer Society. She received the "Sword of Hope" award in 2003 from the American Cancer Society. In addition, Lisa has degrees in both Journalism and Business
She loves Southern Colorado and enjoys giving back to her community.
She enjoys golfing, skiing, biking, roller-blading and singing.
